The place was fairly clean with a friendly attentive and well-mannered staff. The restaurant here was fantastic with excellent choice of menu.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, reasonably large rooms. Glorious views, great value for money and excellent breakfast with an excellent vegetarian option.

Really helpful staff and perfect location opposite the moated castle! Also - really close to an interesting National Trust property Oxburgh Hall which is well worth a visit, and the garden.

Had lovely stay for a 4h visit. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortably furnished as for me, with a lovely view. The location seemed excellent in the Swaffham area.

The hotel's location is lovely and unbeatable, next to National Trust's Oxborough Hall and a very pleasant garden and a good restaurant.

The food was great, reasonably priced. The room was brand-new and pet-friendly with showers or baths, just what we needed. Perfect location on the top edges of the tiles from the decorating was a plus.

Friendly efficient staff, well-equipped and beautifully decorated rooms with stunning views, comfy large bed and bedroom. Peaceful location, lovely restaurant.

The weather was lovely, had good stay during our whole visit. The room we stayed in was well-appointed and comfortably furnished in the bedrooms outside. We had central heating, an ironing set, and coffee and tea making equipment in it. 

Reasonably priced place, had a fairly nice stay for a 4h visit. The restaurant was nice with sizeable garden, I tried amazing dishes. All the employees were incredibly nice and accommodating.

My dog and I really enjoyed being there. I ate at a nice restaurant with sizeable garden. All the stuff where very pleasant, the room was modern.
